• The apartment should be extremely clean and neat. The beds should be made up
  with clean, fresh linens. An adequate supply of clean towels should be in the bathroom, along with unopened packages of soap, and supply of toilet paper. The kitchen should be clean; no dishes in the sink, no perishable food in the refrigerator. A reasonable amount of empty closets and drawers space should be made available. Instructions should be provided concerning use of utilities and appliances; laundry, disposal of garbage, etc.
• Must be in a safe area, near tourist attractions, restaurents and transportation.
